We design and build custom CRMs, websites, and admin tools for businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets, sticky notes, and no-code workarounds — whether leads are falling through the cracks, operations are running on memory, deals are living in inboxes, or there's no real website at all.
This is where we're starting, not where we stop. If your business runs on any of these workarounds, we can probably help — these are just the patterns we're focused on first.
No real system to capture a lead, follow up, and move them through a funnel — so people quietly disappear before they ever become a client. We see this constantly with coaches, consultants, and instructors running everything through email and spreadsheets.
Attendance, billing, and communication tracked by memory, paper, or a spreadsheet only one person understands — so nothing's connected and everything depends on someone remembering. Common for youth programs and membership-based businesses.
No real pipeline — just inboxes, sticky notes, and whoever remembers to follow up. Deals stall and client details get lost between people. Common for small agencies and local B2B service businesses.
An outdated site, one that's hard to find, or no website at all — so people searching for what you do land nowhere useful and move on to whoever shows up next. Common across almost every type of business that's grown on referrals and never needed a website until now.
A 45–60 minute working session on your current setup — what's working, what's breaking down, what's falling through the cracks — followed by a written recommendation on what to fix first. Credited toward any package if you book within 30 days.
These are our standard starting packages. Every project gets scoped to your specific business before we start — the exact price and details in your proposal may differ from what's listed here. A written proposal always follows our first real conversation.
Courtney Christiansen and Brandon Noble co-founded Clemontyne after seeing the same problem play out across coaching businesses, youth programs, and local service companies: off-the-shelf tools that almost fit, and manual workarounds that eat up hours every week. Clemontyne builds custom-coded CRMs, websites, and admin systems — nothing templated, nothing bloated — so small businesses get software that actually matches how they operate.
Yes — you own your specific system: your data, your branding, your customizations. We retain rights to the underlying template architecture we build from, since that's what lets us deliver custom work at a fair price instead of starting from a blank page every time.
Depends on scope. A Starter CRM typically takes 1–2 weeks, a full Website + Intake + CRM package runs 2–4 weeks, and a complete three-layer Operating System takes 4–6 weeks. You'll get a specific timeline before anything starts.
The Full Operating System includes 30 days of post-launch support for anything that comes up. After that — or for other packages — ongoing help is available through a monthly support retainer, starting at $300/month.
Two rounds are included in every package. Additional rounds bill at our standard hourly rate, laid out clearly in your proposal before we start — no surprises partway through.
No — everything we build is custom-coded from the ground up. It costs a little more upfront than a template builder, but you're not boxed in by what a platform allows, and the system is actually yours.
We build with accessibility in mind from the start — proper structure, alt text, keyboard navigation — rather than bolting it on after the fact.
That's a Template Customization Sprint — a focused, scoped addition sized as its own small project rather than open-ended scope creep on the original build.
