Terms of Service

Effective August 2026

These terms govern your use of clemontyne.com. By using this site, you agree to them. This page covers the website itself — any actual project we build for you is governed separately by the signed agreement for that specific engagement, not by this page.

Use of this site

This site is provided for informational purposes — to describe what we do, our pricing, and our past work, and to let you get in touch with us. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer or guarantee of specific results; case study outcomes described here reflect what actually happened for that specific client and aren't a promise of the same results for anyone else.

Intellectual property

The content, design, and underlying code of this website belong to Clemontyne & Co. Case study screenshots are shown with permission from the respective clients. Please don't reproduce or reuse site content without asking us first.

No warranties

This site is provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Clemontyne & Co. isn't liable for any damages arising from your use of this website. This doesn't apply to the separate contract governing any actual project work, which has its own terms.

Third-party services

This site uses third-party services (including Supabase, Netlify, Resend, and Calendly) to operate. We aren't responsible for those services' own availability, policies, or changes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the effective date above will reflect the latest version.
