Clemontyne & Co. ("we," "us," "our") operates clemontyne.com. This page explains what information we collect when you visit or use the site, and how we handle it.
When you submit our contact form, we collect what you provide: your name, business name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, what you're interested in, and any message you include. We don't collect anything beyond what you type into that form.
We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and follow up about working together. We don't add you to a marketing list without your separate consent, and we don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
Form submissions are stored in a database hosted by Supabase, and our site itself is hosted by Netlify. When you submit the form, an automated email is sent to our team and a confirmation email is sent to you via Resend, a transactional email service. If you book a call through our scheduling page, that booking is handled directly by Calendly under its own privacy policy.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site — which pages get visited, roughly how people found us, and general usage patterns. This helps us understand what's actually working. When you first visit, you'll see a banner letting you accept or decline this tracking; declining doesn't affect anything else about how the site works. Google Analytics' own privacy practices are governed by Google's Privacy Policy. If you use our call-scheduling widget, Calendly may set its own cookies as part of that service — that's governed by Calendly's privacy policy, not ours.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we have about you at any time by emailing hello@clemontyne.com. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 through this contact form.
If this policy changes, we'll update the effective date above. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
